Billing Executive – Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, verifying transactions, and coordinating with customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and generate customer invoices and bills.
- Verify billing details, rates, quantities, taxes, and discounts.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Process invoices and follow up on pending payments.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and operations teams.
- Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain daily billing reports and transaction records.
- Assist in reconciliation of invoices and payments.
- Ensure proper filing of bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Follow company billing procedures and maintain confidentiality.





Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of billing and accounting procedures.
- Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of GST/invoicing will be an advantage.

Qualification:

- 12th Pass / Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

- 0–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts, or back-office operations. Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹13,029.55 - ₹16,553.13 per month
