Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to drive agile product development and ensure effective collaboration between business, product, QA, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with a strong understanding of Scrum practices, stakeholder management, requirement analysis, functional testing, workflow validation, and product quality.

The candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing team impediments, improving delivery processes, ensuring effective backlog management, and supporting teams in translating business requirements into high-quality product outcomes. Exposure to AI/ML product testing or AI-driven workflows will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master & Agile Leadership

- Act as the Scrum Master and drive Agile/Scrum practices across product and technology teams.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and remove impediments/blockers affecting team productivity.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile best practices.
- Help teams improve estimation, sprint planning,



delivery predictability, and overall efficiency.
- Coordinate dependencies between Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
- Prepare and maintain Agile dashboards and reports.

Business Analysis

- Understand business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Support Product Owners and stakeholders in requirement prioritization.
- Ensure clear traceability between requirements, user stories, test cases, and delivered functionality.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

QA & Product Quality

- Work closely with QA teams to ensure adequate test coverage and quality standards.
- Review test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and functional validation.
- Support UAT planning and execution.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows and identify functional gaps.
- Support defect prioritization, root-cause discussions, and resolution tracking.
- Ensure product releases meet defined business and quality expectations.
- Exposure to AI testing, AI-generated outputs, prompt validation, or AI/ML product quality will be an advantage.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of overall experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Business Analysis, QA, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.




- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint delivery.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
- Good understanding of Business Analysis and requirement gathering.
- Working knowledge of functional testing and QA processes.
- Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, workflows, and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
- Ability to identify blockers, manage dependencies, and drive timely resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to mentor teams and promote Agile best practices.

Qualification

Preferred educational background:

- BE / B.Tech
- MCA
- MBA/PGDM with relevant technical/Agile experience
- Any strong technical or equivalent educational background

Nice to Have

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe or other Agile certifications
- Experience in a startup/product-based workplace
- Exposure to AI/ML-based products or AI testing
- Experience working with product analytics or business intelligence
- Knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and lead time

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing setting.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, workflows, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
