Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert digital leads to sales.
- Convert walking leads into sales.
- Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM/database.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams for smooth customer on boarding.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.

Eligibility

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a similar role preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
