Job Summary

ANI is looking for an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer for a prestigious Data Centre Project in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Civil QA/QC, RCC and structural works, preferably from Data Centre / Industrial / Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor civil QA/QC activities at project site.
- Inspect RCC, structural, masonry, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and review ITP, Method Statements, Checklists, MIR, WIR and inspection reports.
- Conduct inspections of reinforcement, shuttering, concrete and embedded items.
- Monitor concrete pouring, cube testing and material testing.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and client representatives.
- Review material test certificates and quality documentation.
- Identify quality issues and ensure timely corrective/preventive actions.
- Raise and close NCRs and maintain quality records.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP and other project teams for interface activities.




- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards and client requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Support testing, inspection and final project handover activities.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant Civil QA/QC experience.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Experience in preparation of ITP, WIR, MIR, NCR and quality documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates willing to work in Day & Night shifts will be preferred.
- Data Centre / Mission Critical project experience will be an advantage.
