Job SummaryDizad Builders & Interiors is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing design team. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings from the starting point of their conceptualization to completion and final handover. The ideal candidate should possess a strong aesthetic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to design spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional. You will be piecing together the mathematical, legal, and technical aspects of blueprints to actualize our clients' dreams into structural masterpieces.
Key Responsibilities

- Design & Conceptualization: Develop architectural designs, 2D/3D layouts, and conceptual plans for residential and commercial projects based on client requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Coordinate closely with clients to evaluate their needs, budget, and aesthetic goals, converting them into a realistic and stunning blueprint.
- Drafting & Modeling: Create detailed blueprints, floor plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.).
- Site Supervision: Visit construction sites regularly to monitor progress, ensure the structural blueprint is being strictly followed, and resolve any technical challenges on-site.
- Coordination:



Collaborate seamlessly with structural engineers, interior designers, contractors, and municipal bodies to ensure the project meets all legal and safety compliances.
- Material & Budget Planning: Assist in the selection of building materials and fixtures while keeping the project within the estimated budget.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). A valid license or registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) is preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven qualified experience as an Architect, preferably handling independent residential or commercial building projects in Kerala.
- Software Proficiency: High-level expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-Ray, or similar architectural design and rendering software.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Kerala's building rules (KMBR), Vastu principles, and climate-responsive structural design.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills in Malayalam and English to effectively pitch concepts to clients.
