- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and refinement of AI and machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries to build and deploy models.
- Competence in interpreting model results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders.
