Job Description

Job Role – Formwork Front Line Supervisor (FLS)

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day formwork activities for high-rise residential projects, ensuring planned activities are completed as per schedule.

- Guide and monitor workmen/subcontractors involved in Mivan/Aluform erection, alignment, fixing, shifting and dismantling.

- Ensure formwork is executed as per approved drawings, construction sequence, quality standards, dimensional requirements and safety procedures.

- Monitor manpower deployment, workmen productivity and floor cycle targets to achieve planned construction milestones.





- Coordinate closely with reinforcement, MEP and civil teams to ensure proper sequencing and avoid clashes, delays and rework.

- Check proper line, level, dimensions and alignment of formwork before concreting and coordinate for necessary inspections.

- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, maintenance, identification and stacking of formwork materials for productive reuse.

- Support the Formwork Engineer in daily planning, material requirements, progress tracking, measurements and reporting.

- Identify site-level constraints and execution issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to site EHS requirements, housekeeping practices and safe working procedures by all workmen under supervision.
