Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in construction projects.
The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, ensure quality standards, manage project
schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory
requirements.
Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute construction projects from foundation to handover.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved

drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, quality standards, and safety

regulations.

- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and construction quality.
- Manage project progress, costs, and timelines while identifying and resolving site

issues.

- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion.
- Maintain project documentation,



progress reports, and site records.
- Ensure timely procurement and efficient utilization of construction materials.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and construction

methodologies.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and other construction

management tools.

- Familiarity with BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and quality control

procedures.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹10,951.00 - ₹47,696.15 per month
