Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated R&D; Engineer specializing in Electronics Circuit Design to join our engineering team & develop analog (4-20mA) circuit. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving electronic circuits and systems for industrial applications. The role involves working on analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, prototype testing, and product validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop analog (4-20mA) and digital electronic circuits for industrial products.
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using electronic design software.
- Develop prototypes and perform functional testing and debugging.
- Work on signal conditioning circuits for sensors and monitoring systems.
- Perform component selection, circuit simulation, and design optimization.
- Conduct hardware validation, reliability testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with firmware/software engineers for embedded system integration.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and test procedures.
- Support product development from concept to final production.
- Troubleshoot field issues and improve existing electronic designs.

Required Skills & Competencies





- Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
- Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, or similar)
- Understanding of signal conditioning, filtering, and sensor interfaces
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems
- Experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator)
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC considerations and industrial standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Experience

- Experience in condition monitoring systems or industrial instrumentation
- Knowledge of power electronics and data acquisition systems
- Experience working with vibration, temperature, current, or voltage sensors
- Familiarity with LabVIEW, MATLAB, or simulation tools

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s / Deploma in:

- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Embedded Systems

Experience

2 – 5 Years in electronics circuit design or related R&D; work.

(Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply.)

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,332.07 - ₹29,223.66 per month
