The Crew Member is responsible for supporting the smooth daily operation of the outlet by handling food preparation, customer service, billing, packing, cleaning, and other outlet activities while maintaining quality, hygiene, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to company recipes, standards, and procedures.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Handle billing, POS operations, cash, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
- Pack customer orders properly and ensure correct items are delivered.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter, dining area, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal grooming standards.
- Check the quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation of food items.
- Assist with receiving, arranging, and storing ingredients and other outlet materials.
