Senior Manager - Disputes, Economic Damages & Valuation

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Disputes & Economic Damages
practice. The successful candidate will lead engagements involving commercial disputes,
arbitration, litigation support, shareholder disputes, post-acquisition claims, business interruption
matters, and economic damages assessments. The role requires solid expertise in financial
analysis and quantification of losses, supported by a solid background in business, fund, and
intellectual property valuations.
Key Responsibilities
Disputes & Economic Damages

- Lead and manage complex engagements involving:

o Commercial and contractual disputes
o Shareholder and joint venture disputes
o Post-M&A; and valuation-related disputes
o Business interruption and loss of profits claims
Senior Manager

o International arbitration and litigation support matters

- Quantify economic damages using accepted financial and valuation methodologies.
- Analyze financial, operational, and market data to assess claims and determine quantum.
- Prepare expert reports, rebuttal reports, and supporting analyses for arbitration and

litigation proceedings.

- Work closely with legal counsel, clients, and expert witnesses throughout the dispute

resolution process.

- Present findings and defend analyses before senior stakeholders and legal teams.

Valuation skills

- Perform and review valuations of:

o Businesses and equity interests
o Investment funds and portfolio investments
o Intellectual property and intangible assets

- Apply valuation methodologies including DCF, market multiples, transaction multiples,

NAV, and option-based approaches.

- Assess valuation issues arising in disputes, damages quantification, shareholder matters,

and transaction-related claims.
Leadership & Practice Development

- Manage multiple client engagements and oversee engagement teams.
- Review work products and ensure technical excellence and quality standards.
- Coach and mentor managers, associates, and analysts.
- Support business development initiatives, client relationship management, and proposal

preparation.

- Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and market engagement.

Qualifications

- CA and CFA qualifications mandatory.
- 10-15+ years of relevant experience in:

o Disputes consulting
o Economic damages assessment
o Litigation and arbitration support
