Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory movement, material receipts, and stock records. Freshers with good communication and basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
- Issue materials to respective departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain stock registers and ensure inventory records are updated regularly.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts,



and other departments for material requirements.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock reports, and other store-related documents.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Support periodic inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
- Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.

Requirements

- Education: Any Degree / Diploma; relevant technical qualification is an added advantage.
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,364.40 per month
