Job Summary:
A Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, improving customer satisfaction, retaining existing clients, and identifying opportunities to increase business. The role involves understanding customer needs, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products or services.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective actions when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, payments, and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with sales,



marketing, operations, and support teams.
- Prepare customer reports and track relationship-management activities.
- Meet customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue targets.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the sales and service process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
