We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Merchandiser to manage product availability, display, stock movement, market visits, and coordination with sales and retail teams across Kerala. The role requires frequent travel to different locations and strong market knowledge.

- Visit retail outlets, dealers, and assigned markets across Kerala regularly.
- Ensure proper product display, placement, visibility, and availability at outlets.
- Monitor stock levels, stock movement, slow-moving products, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with sales teams, dealers, distributors, and retail outlets.
- Implement company merchandising guidelines and promotional activities.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collect customer and retailer feedback and share market insights with management.
- Monitor product pricing, promotional schemes, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on market visits, stock, sales, displays, and competitor activities.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers, dealers,



and other business partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Ensure assigned merchandising activities are completed within timelines.
- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong market observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Knowledge of the Kerala market will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Kannur preferred.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
