Job Title: Production Engineer / Supervisor(Power Transformer Fabrication)

Key Responsibilities
Shall be responsible for:
o Achieving the monthly production target as per the plan.
o Execute daily production plan and update production sheet on a regular basis.
o Managing manpower as per the daily production plan.
o Raw material issuing in ERP for daily production plan.
o Monthly & weekly WIP record preparation.
o Continuous improvement in the manufacturing quality of the product.
o Resolve all job related matter ( in process & final job )
o Customer inspection, coordination with quality department.
o To validate customer drawings, technical specifications and commercial terms & conditions should be transparent in work order.
o Order in hand (OIH) report to be update and communicated to the concern stake holder.
o Determine production requirements based on machine capability, capacity and production specifications.
o Communicate and distribute order in hand (OIH) report to the plant as per machine capability and capacity.
o Prepare plan as per customer drawing and delivery date/priority.
o Prioritize and communicate to concern stake holder the production plan based on feasibility study ( raw material availability, customer requirement date, machine capability & capacity)
o Any technical issues in the drawing have to be communicated and resolved directly with the customer with the concern stake holder.
o To keep track record of ‘on time delivery’ of job and timely communicate to the concern stake holder.
o Communication of Customer/ Third party Inspection schedule of raw material and finish stage to the concern stake holder in timely manner for preparation of Inspection with grade required.
o Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
o System Implementation in Plant in coordination with Quality department eg. TPS Activity, Kaizen Activity for productivity enhancement.
Other Responsibilities
o Shift and 'on-call' work may be required
o Maintaining Shift schedule & attendance reports.
Qualification
o Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
