Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and execution-driven *Event Planning Executive* to manage end-to-end operational planning and on-ground execution for Events and MICE projects. The role requires solid vendor coordination, operational control, documentation, and real-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactive, Organised and Passion for events Candidate to apply with qualities to take ownership of the project
- Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, airlines, transporters, artists, and other vendors for operational readiness
- Ensure timely confirmations, follow-ups, and closures with all vendors
- Prepare internal operational updates and reports in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Candidate ready to travel for events local and outstation travel will be added advantage
- Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation preferred)
- Degree/Diploma in Events / Hospitality / MICE is an added advantage

Experience

- 1+ year of experience in Event Operations / MICE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
