Interior Project Manager / Site Supervisor

Lama Designs is looking for a proactive Interior Project Manager / Site Supervisor to manage residential and commercial interior projects in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise interior fit-out projects from site handover through completion.
- Manage site teams, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Conduct regular site inspections and solve day-to-day execution issues.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide clear progress updates and ensure timely project handover.

Requirements

- Experience in interior project execution, site supervision, or construction project management.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, drawings, and on-site execution.
- Robust vendor and labour-management skills.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.
- Candidates based in or able to work in Bengaluru are preferred.

Job details

- Job type: Full-time
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, based on experience
- Benefit: Paid sick time
