Position: PYP Homeroom Facilitator
Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Curriculum: International Baccalaureate (IB) – Primary Years Programme (PYP)

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and qualified PYP Homeroom Facilitator to create an engaging, inquiry-driven, and student-centred learning environment aligned with the IB PYP philosophy and framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework
- Develop and implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom workplace
- Monitor and document students’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Use formative and summative assessment strategies
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies
- Collaborate with PYP team members, specialist teachers, coordinators, and school leadership
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in curriculum planning,



professional development, workshops, and school events
- Promote IB Learner Profile attributes and Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
- B.Ed., D.Ed., or equivalent recognized teaching qualification
- Prior teaching experience in an IB PYP school is strongly preferred
- IB PYP training/certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based, concept-driven, and student-centred learning
- Excellent English communication, classroom management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with formative assessment, documentation of learning, and differentiated instruction

Candidate Preference:
Candidates with relevant IB PYP classroom experience and recognized IB PYP professional development will be given preference.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
