A Sr. Supply Chain Executive manages end-to-end procurement, material planning, inventory control, and vendor relationships. They optimize logistics operations, track shipment and project timelines, resolve supply disruptions, and maintain accurate reports to ensure cost-efficient delivery.

Designation Sr. Supply Chain Executive.

No. of Position – 1.

Education – Any Graduate

Year of Experience – 6+ years.

Notice Period – Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Job Location – Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Working hours - 09:30am to 06:00pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Manage end-to-end procurement and material planning
- Experience in selling laser and photonics products.
- Handle vendor negotiations, purchase orders, pricing, and schedules




- Track deliveries and Monitor inventory levels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system or other formats.
- Maintain accurate supply chain documentation and reports
- Negotiations with vendor.
- Positive import related knowledge.

Requirement and Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Solid verbal and written communication.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills and ability to build rapport.
