Role Description

This is an on-site Technical Content Writer internship role based in Gurugram. The intern will create transparent, accurate, and engaging technical content such as product documentation, blog posts, how-to guides, release notes, and website content for software solutions. Daily tasks include collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to understand features, conducting research on technologies and industry trends, and translating complex technical information into accessible content for various audiences. The role also involves reviewing and updating existing content, ensuring consistency in tone and terminology, and supporting content strategy for product launches and marketing initiatives. Interns are expected to manage deadlines,



follow editorial guidelines, and be open to feedback to improve their writing and technical understanding.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills to produce clear, structured, and user-friendly technical content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to plan content topics, understand target audiences, and gather accurate technical information.
- Candidates should possess Proofreading skills to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across all written materials.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, web technologies, or IT products is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and an ability to explain technical topics to non-technical readers.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks with time constraints.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to feedback, and build a career in technical writing or product documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
