- Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
- Perform quality checks as per SOP and quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation and quality records
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in production areas
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations
- Assist in internal audits and quality inspections
- Identify non-conformance and support corrective actions
- Coordinate with the production team to maintain product quality
- Maintain lab equipment and calibration records
