About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the company's finance and compliance activities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, banking transactions, vendor/customer accounts and general accounting.

Experience in engineering, PEB, construction, manufacturing or project-based companies will be preferred.

1. Day-to-Day Accounting

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

3. GST & Tax Compliance

4. Banking & Reconciliation

5. Purchase & Sales Accounting

6. Payroll & Employee Accounts

7. MIS & Management Reporting

8. Audit & Documentation

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

- PEB / Pre-Engineered Buildings
- Engineering
- Construction
- Manufacturing
- Project-based companies




- Industrial equipment/tools business

Knowledge of project/site accounting, vendor billing and purchase accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Areas (KRA)

- Accurate and timely accounting entries.
- Timely GST/TDS data preparation.
- Proper vendor and customer reconciliation.
- Timely BRS and ledger reconciliation.
- Accurate outstanding and payment reports.
- Proper maintenance of financial records.
- Timely submission of MIS and management reports.
- Effective coordination with CA/auditors and internal departments.

Salary: As per candidate's experience, skills and industry standards.
