A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kadi is looking for an experienced Laparoscopic Surgeon to join its surgical team. The candidate will be responsible for performing laparoscopic and general surgical procedures while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments and pre-operative evaluations.
- Perform laparoscopic and general surgical procedures as per clinical requirements.
- Manage both elective and emergency surgical cases.
- Provide appropriate post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.
- Coordinate with anaesthesia, nursing and other medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Follow hospital protocols, clinical guidelines and patient-safety standards.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of surgical quality and patient satisfaction.
Eligibility & Skills
- MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Medical Council.
- Relevant experience in laparoscopic surgery is required.
- Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-speciality hospital environment.
- Candidates willing to reside in Kadi will be preferred.
Salary & Advantages
₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will be based on qualification, experience and clinical expertise.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
