Developer III - Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce Agentforce Developer)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of recent Salesforce applications, including solution design and architecture.

* Design, develop, test, and deploy {*}Apex classes{*}, {*}Lightning Web Components (LWC){*}, {*}Flows{*}, and *Visualforce* on the Force.com platform across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Configure and manage {*}Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Page Layouts{*}.
* Implement and optimize {*}Flows, Approval Processes, Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), Sharing Rules{*}, and {*}Record Pages{*}.

- Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

* Develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems using {*}Force.com APIs{*}.
* Apply strong knowledge of *Salesforce governor limits* and performance optimization techniques.

- Support and maintain Salesforce administration activities, with a solid understanding of platform features and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the SME for Agentforce-based implementations.
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce agents using Agentforce.
Configure agent workflows, prompts, intents, and orchestration logic.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce data, Flows, Apex, and external systems.
Review agent configurations and Salesforce code to ensure best practices and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve agent behavior,



performance, and integration issues.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide technical guidance to team members.
Ensure deployed solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with: Salesforce Agentforce(2-3 years).
Strong Salesforce development expertise, including:Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, REST/SOAP Integrations
Understanding of conversational AI and agent-based workflows.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
Experience designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
