Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate product development and sampling from initial concept to final product.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements, specifications, and product details.
- Prepare and maintain product sheets, costing, quotations, and order details.
- Follow up on samples, materials, production, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify current product and design opportunities.
- Maintain records of orders, samples, approvals, and production updates.
- Resolve production or client-related issues and ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist in developing new products according to market and customer requirements.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion, Textile, Product Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in merchandising or product coordination.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant education and good communication skills can also apply.
