JOB PROFILE: -
➢ Conducting daily toolbox safety meetings and discussing safety issues, conducting gas monitoring test before work starts. prepares and ensures that permits are enclosed at work by appropriate authorities before work commences. Follow-up all safety related issues. Also, very the implementation and strict adherence to approved safety procedure.
➢ Ensure that new recruits undergo mandatory safety induction and the company’s orientation prepare (job safety analysis) JSA for all jobs to be done. Investigations and reports of all incidents, accident and near misses. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Ensure that work procedure and safety regulations are strictly adhered to. Ensure appropriate PPEs are issued to workers.
➢ Management company’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E;) Management systems are well maintained in accordance with the company policy.
➢ Manage regular risk assessments, surveys, site inspections & internal audits and address required follow-up actions to responsible units.
➢ Perform an incident & accident investigation and address feasible recommendations.
➢ Experienced in maintenance and Installation of firefighting equipment like fire extinguishers, fire alarm system, fire hydrant system, and mobile fire tender.
➢ Conducting fire prevention and firefighting training programmers for employees
➢ Activities related to emergency preparedness and response, evacuation mock drills, etc. perform driving duties related to SH&E; management
➢ Role of supervision in accident prevention.
➢ Conduct Toolbox for the workforce on different safety issues.
➢ Conduct and follow up of different HSE Audits /surveys /Issues. Carry out scaffolding inspection ➢ Carryout scaffolding inspection.
➢ Monitoring heavy lifting operators especially in full live plant.
➢ Conduct risk assessments and take necessary safety precautions before work start
➢ Plant layout inspection and housekeeping.
➢ Vehicle /crane inspection and permits traffic control /safety rules. ➢ Removal of industrial waste and other combustible items. First Aid and emergency proceeding

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
