- Monitor vehicle allocation, utilization, and movement
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, proper parking discipline, and organization
- Conduct daily vehicle health and safety inspections
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, and refuelling
- Manage vehicle keys, documents, and accessories
- Oversee pickup and drop-off scheduling
- Resolve customer and operational issues at hub level
