We are hiring passionate and result-oriented Parent Counsellors / In-House Sales Executives in Bangalore. This is a full-time, day-shift role with weekend working and a weekday off. Candidates should have 6 months–3 years of experience in education counselling, EdTech sales, inside sales, or academic advisory roles. Responsibilities include counselling parents and students, understanding academic needs, recommending suitable programs, handling inbound/outbound leads, following up, converting enquiries into enrollments, maintaining CRM records, and achieving sales targets. Robust communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required. English and regional language proficiency is preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
