About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic and people-oriented candidate to work closely with our Sales Manager and support the sales process from the backend.

This is an prospect to work with a premium brand, interact with clients and architects, understand the building and interiors market, and learn how premium projects are handled from enquiry to execution.

What You Will Do

- Work closely with the Sales Manager on day-to-day sales support.
- Handle Excel, PowerPoint presentations, databases and documentation.
- Maintain client and project records, physical files and folders.
- Follow up with clients and prospects for updates, information and appointments.
- Make 25–50 outbound calls a day as part of regular follow-up activities.
- Attend to visitors and walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Organise and maintain product samples, catalogues and showroom displays.
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing for client and architect meetings.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable talking to people.




- Energetic and able to stay productive throughout the day.
- Comfortable making frequent phone calls and handling objections.
- Organised and reasonably good with computers.
- Comfortable with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- A quick learner who enjoys taking responsibility.
- Extroverted, approachable and willing to interact with clients.

Candidates from similar background, or from telecalling, telesales, customer support, retail sales, field sales.

Freshers and candidates with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
