Pyramid Real Estates is looking for a proactive, responsible, and self-driven Manager who can take complete ownership of day-to-day operations while also contributing to our sales activities. This is a dual-role position combining administrative management and sales.
The administrative workload is structured and manageable, allowing you to actively participate in sales. No prior sales experience is required—we provide complete training and ongoing support.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Managerial
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle administrative planning and task execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational responsibilities.
- Take ownership of office management and process improvements.
Sales & Business Development
- Attend and manage client inquiries.
- Guide buyers through product/service information.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership.
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, Email, WhatsApp).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in administration, operations, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
