We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, lead client consultations, and drive revenue for modular kitchen and residential interior design solutions. The ideal candidate brings solid retail sales acumen, technical knowledge of interior fit-outs, and fluent Hindi communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients, North Indian vendor representatives, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Showroom Management & Operations: Maintain high standards of showroom visual merchandising, display units, finish samples, and mock-up kitchens to create a premium customer experience.
- Client Consultation & Sales Closure: Welcome walk-in clients, present modular kitchen layouts and custom interior solutions, conduct client requirement gathering, and close high-value sales deals.
- Hindi & Multilingual Communication: Engage fluently in Hindi, Tamil, and English with diverse clients, vendor teams, craftspeople, and project supervisors.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Manage the sales funnel from initial inquiry through 3D design handoff to final project sign-off using CRM software.




- Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales targets by negotiating contracts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years in showroom sales, retail management, or consultative sales within modular kitchens, home interiors, architectural hardware, or building materials.
- Languages: Fluent Hindi (spoken) is mandatory along with proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of space planning, modular cabinet materials and architectural hardware.
- Soft Skills: High-value consultative selling, lead follow-up, client relationship management, negotiation, and team coordination.
