About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is focused on outbound sales and lead generation for software testing services, primarily targeting clients in the US and UK regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive outbound sales initiatives through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across target companies in the US and UK markets
- Pitch our software testing / QA services to potential clients
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure support




- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in Software Testing / QA Services
- Strong experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn lead generation
- Prior B2B sales experience in IT services will be an added advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in US / UK shift timings to align with client markets

Pay: ₹11,557.00 - ₹40,956.18 per month
