Legal Raasta Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Executive – Licensing to join our growing team at Pitampura, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities





- Handle end-to-end filing and operational processes for various licenses and registrations.
- Manage FSSAI Registration, Trade License, Shop & Establishment, PSARA, GST, MSME and related regulatory services.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure a smooth service experience.
- Coordinate with government/regulatory authorities for applications, follow-ups and approvals.
- Manage vendors and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Review documents and perform data/document audits for accuracy.
- Ensure smooth service delivery within the defined TAT.
- Handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently.

Who We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in licensing, registration, filing or operations.
- Positive practical knowledge of licensing and regulatory services.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good analytical, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to liaise with government/regulatory authorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
