The Video Editing Specialist edits and delivers video content across short form, podcast, and long form formats for Fivegrid's clients. This role is centered on craft and pace. You take raw footage and turn it into polished, publish ready videos that fit each platform and each brand.

What You'll Do Day to Day

- Edit short form video content such as reels and shorts for social platforms
- Edit podcast episodes for release across audio and video platforms
- Edit long form video content including brand films, tutorials, and YouTube videos
- Add captions, subtitles, and text overlays that match brand style and improve watchability
- Organize, label, and manage raw footage and project assets so work stays easy to find and revisit
- Deliver polished,



publish ready videos on tight turnarounds without compromising quality
- Collaborate with the Copy and Content team on scripts, captions, and messaging
- Collaborate with the Campaign Strategist to make sure each edit fits the wider campaign

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong command of editing software and a solid grasp of pacing, sound, and visual storytelling
- Experience editing for multiple formats, including short form social, podcast, and long form content
- Comfortable managing several projects and deadlines at once
- Clear communication skills to coordinate with copy, design, and strategy teammates
- Solid attention to detail, especially around captions, brand consistency, and export quality
- A reel or portfolio demonstrating range across formats

Tools & Platforms

- Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software
- Captioning and subtitle tools
- Basic motion graphics or After Effects experience is a plus

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
