About the Role

We are looking for a Project Associate who can handle software demonstrations, coordinate with clients, and support project implementation and day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct software/product demonstrations for clients and institutions.
- Understand client requirements and explain software features clearly.
- Coordinate with clients during project implementation and deployment.
- Handle project-related communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal technical and development teams.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Provide basic product support and resolve client queries by coordinating with the concerned team.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct training/orientation sessions for clients when required.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients.




- Travel to client locations for demos or project-related activities when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, software support, software demonstrations, implementation, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of software applications and technology.
- Ability to confidently conduct software demos and presentations.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations.
- Male or Female candidates can apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B software / SaaS / ERP / Mobile Application handling.
- Experience working with schools, colleges, institutions, salons, beauty parlours, or other business clients will be an advantage.
- Customer handling and presentation skills.
