Pramanicus Academy is a Hyderabad-based training institute offering hands-on, industry-aligned IT courses. We are expanding our curriculum to include Agentic AI and modern AI-powered development practices, and are looking for a trainer who can bridge traditional full stack skills with cutting-edge AI system design.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Python Full Stack Trainer who can teach end-to-end web development while also introducing students to Agentic AI concepts — building autonomous agents, integrating LLMs into applications, and working with modern AI frameworks. You'll design and deliver a curriculum that prepares students for real-world, AI-augmented development roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver structured training sessions covering Python, backend frameworks (Django/FastAPI), frontend technologies (React/Next.js), and databases.
- Design and teach a module on Agentic AI — covering LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, multi-agent frameworks, and tool-calling/agent orchestration.
- Build practical, project-based assignments that combine full stack development with AI agent integration (e.g., AI-powered apps, chatbots, autonomous workflows).
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments; provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with evolving full stack and AI/agentic tooling, and continuously update course content accordingly.
- Mentor students on best practices in coding, system design, and deployment.




- Collaborate with the academy's placement team to ensure students are interview- and job-ready.
- Support marketing/content efforts occasionally (e.g., recording demo sessions, contributing to course promotional material) as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one full stack combination (e.g., Django/React, FastAPI/Next.js, or similar).
- Solid understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or equivalent) and backend (REST APIs, databases — SQL/NoSQL) development.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Agentic AI concepts — LLM integration, RAG, multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar), and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and deployment workflows.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills — able to break down complex technical and AI concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.
- Passion for staying up to date with the rapid-moving AI/LLM landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building or deploying real-world AI agent systems (not just coursework/demos).
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and tools like Supabase.
- Prior experience designing training curricula or course content from scratch.
