Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Principal in a reputed CBSE school

Strong academic background with the ability to lead and mentor faculty

Should have handled PGT classes for a minimum of 5 years

Proven track record in school administration, academic planning, and discipline management

Key Responsibilities:

Overall academic and administrative leadership of the school

Faculty mentoring, staff management, and ensuring curriculum implementation

Parent and student engagement, ensuring discipline and performance

Liaison with management, external agencies, and education boards

Regular monitoring of school performance and implementing improvement plans

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
