Role Description The Educational Counselor role at Bytebeacons Technologies is a full-time position focused on supporting learners and prospective trainees in making informed educational and career decisions. On a day-to-day basis, the Educational Counselor will conduct online counseling sessions, guide individuals through available training and upskilling programs, and help them understand how Bytebeacons Technologies offerings align with their academic and qualified goals. The role includes assessing learners’ interests and strengths, recommending suitable learning paths,



and providing ongoing support to enhance academic performance and career readiness. The Educational Counselor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information about courses and resources, maintain detailed counseling records, and contribute to outreach initiatives such as webinars or virtual workshops.

- Student Counseling skills, including supporting learners with academic planning and personal development.
- Career Counseling skills to guide individuals in exploring and pursuing suitable career options.
- Solid Communication skills for clear, empathetic, and professional interaction in virtual settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience in academic advising, counseling, or guidance in an educational or training environment.
- Comfort with remote work tools and basic digital literacy to manage online sessions and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle diverse learner needs with sensitivity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
