Role description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior AWS IAM & Okta Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. The role involves designing and implementing secure identity integrations, administering IAM platforms, supporting cloud security initiatives, contributing to infrastructure modernization efforts, and driving automation across identity-related services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS, IAM, Okta, and Active Directory, along with exposure to enterprise security and access management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management solutions in AWS environments.
- Support IAM-related initiatives, including platform upgrades, modernization programs, and operational improvements.
- Design and implement integrations between AWS and enterprise identity platforms such as Active Directory, O365, and Okta.
- Provide hands-on administration, troubleshooting, and architectural support for IAM tools and services.
- Contribute to infrastructure transition initiatives, including redundancy enablement and migration from physical infrastructure to modern environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve IAM capabilities and service delivery.
- Support automation initiatives related to identity administration and certificate lifecycle management.
- Implement and maintain secure access controls, authentication, and authorization mechanisms across enterprise platforms.




- Work across both operational administration and solution architecture responsibilities to support evolving business and security requirements.
- Assist with cloud security integration initiatives aligned with enterprise identity strategies.
- Participate in problem resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities related to IAM services.

- Robust problem-solving skills and experience working within evolving infrastructure environments.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
