About the Role

Kenzo Infosystems Private Limited is seeking organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to support business development, customer engagement, sales operations, digital channels, and administrative activities. The role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, vendors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries received through website, email, phone, and business platforms.
- Support lead generation activities through database calling and outreach campaigns.
- Schedule meetings, calendar invites, and training sessions.
- Manage product catalogues and online business profiles.
- Coordinate activities related to Amazon Seller Account, Justdial, TradeIndia, and other digital platforms.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Manage customer follow-ups, payment reminders, and documentation.




- Coordinate warranty claims, RMAs, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work closely with field sales representatives to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer support, operations, or administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, and internet-based applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.
