This is a Marketing & Customer Support role at SciPro Technologies. The role involves supporting digital marketing activities, doctor onboarding, email and WhatsApp campaigns, webinars, and maintaining marketing databases. You will also interact with healthcare professionals through phone, email, and WhatsApp, help users with registration, login, subscription activation, and basic platform-related issues.
The role also involves maintaining reports and documentation and coordinating with internal teams. Freshers are welcome, and the position provides exposure to healthcare marketing, customer success, digital marketing, CRM, and project coordination.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
