Leafoberryy is a contemporary botanical skincare brand blending traditional “Maa ke Nuskhe” with advanced formulation science. We are expanding aggressively through e-commerce and digital marketing and are looking for a performance-driven Shopify expert to scale our online growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer who can manage our website backend, update creatives and banners regularly, optimize website speed, and handle end-to-end SEO for organic growth.

Key Responsibilities Shopify Website Management

- Manage and maintain Shopify store backend
- Upload products with optimized titles, descriptions, tags & collections
- Payment gateway & shipping configuration
- App integration & troubleshooting
- Improve website speed & mobile responsiveness
- Customize themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS (basic JS knowledge preferred)

Banner & Creative Updates

- Update homepage banners (offers, launches, festive campaigns)
- Create landing pages for ad campaigns
- Optimize mobile banners
- A/B test creatives for better conversion

SEO & Performance Marketing Support

- Keyword research for skincare niche




- On-page SEO (Meta titles, descriptions, ALT tags)
- Blog optimization & internal linking
- Setup & manage Google Search Console
- GA4 tracking & conversion setup
- Improve brand visibility for “Leafoberryy” searches
- Schema markup implementation

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

- Increase organic traffic by 30% in 3–6 months
- Improve website conversion rate
- Reduce page load time below 3 seconds
- Improve keyword rankings for skincare-related searches
- Increase revenue via website channel

Required Skills

- 2+ years Shopify experience
- Strong understanding of Shopify theme customization
- SEO experience (on-page + technical)
- Experience with GA4 & Search Console
- Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop (basic design edits)
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

Compensation

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Performance bonus based on revenue growth
- Long-term growth opportunity with expanding beauty brand

Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

- Knowledge of Meta Pixel & Google Ads integration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
