About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to create engaging, accurate, and learner-friendly educational content for digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing and research skills and the ability to convert complex information into clear, structured, and engaging learning material.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop high-quality educational and e-learning content based on project requirements.
- Research topics using reliable sources and organize information into structured learning material.
- Convert raw information, reference materials, presentations, and documents into learner-friendly content.
- Develop lesson plans, learning modules, scripts, activities, quizzes, assessments, and supporting content.
- Write clear, concise, grammatically correct, and engaging content.
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), graphic designers, and other content team members.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, readability, and quality.
- Ensure content follows the required learning objectives, guidelines, tone, and formatting standards.
- Assist in developing content for LMS, e-learning courses, training modules, and digital learning platforms.
- Incorporate feedback from reviewers, SMEs, and internal teams.
- Maintain content quality and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Update existing content whenever changes, corrections, or new information are required.




- Ensure all content is original, properly researched, and free from plagiarism.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT responsibly for research, ideation, drafting, and content enhancement where appropriate.

- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and proofreading.
- Valuable research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and explain them in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of content development and e-learning concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and other content tools.
- Basic understanding of LMS and digital learning content is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI content-generation tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, educational content development, e-learning, instructional content, or a similar role.
- Experience working with an EdTech company, LMS, training organization, or e-learning development team will be an advantage.
