About Interior One

Interior One is a bespoke interior design and execution studio specialising in thoughtfully designed, for residential and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a smart, confident and highly communicative Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive to be the first point of contact for our potential clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling incoming leads, understanding client requirements, following up with prospects and helping convert enquiries into genuine project opportunities.

You will be speaking with homeowners, NRI clients customers who are looking for interior design and execution services. Therefore, excellent communication, confidence and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to incoming leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google, website and other marketing channels.
- Call potential clients and understand their requirements, budget, location and project timeline.
- Maintain regular and systematic follow-ups with leads.
- Qualify leads and identify serious prospects.
- Schedule consultations and site visits for the sales/design team.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Communicate professionally with clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process.




- Ensure no genuine lead is missed or left without follow-up.
- Coordinate with the design and project team when required.
- Provide regular updates on lead status, follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain a professional and premium brand image while communicating with clients.

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Smart, confident and pleasant personality.
- Strong ability to understand and communicate with different types of customers.
- Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Hindi or Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable speaking to high-value residential and NRI clients.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM and similar tools.
- Organised and capable of handling multiple leads simultaneously.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer relationship management, real estate, interior design or a similar field is preferred.
