About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Trainer – Excel & Tally who has solid practical knowledge of accounting, Tally Prime, and Advanced Excel and is interested in training and mentoring learners.

Candidates with experience as an Accountant or in a corporate accounts role who are interested in transitioning into a trainer role will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical training on Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and basic accounting concepts.
- Explain accounting processes and concepts in a simple, practical, and learner-friendly manner.
- Create and deliver hands-on exercises, assignments, and practice sessions.




- Train learners on day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
- Teach Advanced Excel functions, formulas, data handling, and reporting relevant to accounting.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve learners' doubts and provide guidance during practical sessions.
- Keep training content updated according to industry requirements.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com or M.Com only.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.

Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
