Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create User Stories, User Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications for development teams.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma,or similar platforms.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist the sales team during client meetings by understanding business requirements, preparing project estimations, solution documents, and presentations.
- Perform competitor analysis, market research, and feasibility analysis for recent product ideas and client projects.
- Utilize AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT etc.) for requirement documentation, workflow optimization, research, and business process improvements.
- Validate developed features against documented requirements and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).




- Maintain project documentation and ensure all requirement changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Support project delivery by ensuring alignment between client expectations and development outcomes.

Skills & Requirements :

- Must have upto 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT service-based company.
- Bacherlor's & Master's degree in tech field.
- Strong experience in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, User Cases, Use Case Diagrams, Workflow Diagrams, and Process Documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Wireframing, Prototyping, and UI Flow Creation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for documentation, research, business analysis, and productivity enhancement.
- Understanding of mobile application development lifecycle, web applications, SaaS platforms, and software development processes.
- Exposure to IT Sales, including client interaction, requirement understanding, proposal preparation, and pre-sales support.
