MyTSL is hiring a Client Communication Executive for our office in Nikol, Ahmedabad. We are looking for a confident English-speaking candidate who can handle client calls professionally and communicate clearly.

The candidate will be responsible for answering client calls, understanding client requirements, giving proper responses, and coordinating with the internal team when needed.

Responsibilities:

- Answer and handle client calls professionally
- Communicate with clients in clear and fluent English
- Understand client questions and provide proper responses
- Maintain polite, confident, and professional communication
- Follow up with clients when required
- Coordinate with the internal team for client updates

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken English is mandatory
- Candidate must be fluent, confident,



and clear while speaking
- Freshers with excellent English can apply
- Candidates with 1+ year of client calling or communication experience will be preferred
- Must be comfortable with the shift timing of 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- Must be available for work from office in Nikol, Ahmedabad
- Robust listening skills and professional phone etiquette required

Salary:
₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month
