We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Vendor Management with 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement processes, and operational support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in at least three languages and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Contract negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to optimize cost efficiency and quality.
- Performance monitoring: Track vendor performance against KPIs, resolve disputes, and recommend improvements.
- Procurement support: Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors.
- Multilingual communication: Use fluency in three languages to bridge communication gaps and strengthen global vendor relations.
- Compliance management: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices.

Prepare vendor performance reports and present insights to management for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations.
- Fluency in three languages - Telugu, Hindi, English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
