Core Responsibilities

- Inventory Control: Receive incoming goods, verify quality and quantity against purchase orders, and update digital records or daily stock registers.
- Stock Management: Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methods to ensure freshness and minimize wastage.
- Warehouse Operations: Organize materials in designated locations with proper labeling; maintain cleanliness and a pest-free environment in storage areas.
- Audit & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock audits to identify variances and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage the return of damaged or near-expiry goods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Software Proficiency:



Hands-on experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), Tally, or advanced MS Excel for inventory tracking.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of food safety norms (FSSAI), cold chain requirements, and perishables handling.
- Operational Skills: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail for quality checks, and the ability to work in rapid-paced environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
