We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Medical Coding (ED/EM Specialty) to lead, guide, and support a team of medical coders. Designation: Team Lead - Medical Coding (ED/EM Specialty)

The ideal candidate should have strong coding expertise in Emergency Department (ED) or Evaluation & Management (EM) coding, along with hands-on team handling experience.

Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Team Handling Experience: Minimum 6 Months
Location: Chennai

Eligibility Criteria

- 7 to 10 years of Medical Coding experience
- Strong experience in ED or EM Specialty
- Minimum 6 months of team handling experience (Lead/SME/Acting Lead/Team Lead/ Group Cordinator)
- Positive understanding of productivity, quality, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
